Prairie’s Edge Resort Casino contacted Minnesota LED Signs for recommendations and a proposal to update their EMCs (Electronic Message Centers), or Digital Display Sign faces on their large freestanding monument sign at the corner of MN-23 & Prairie’s Edge Ln (274), the main entrance to their resort.
During the initial consultations to understand how to improve upon the previous system, it was suspected that the old Daktonics unit may have been overheating, causing recurring component failure.
After completing a thorough site analysis and making additional recommendations for the system configuration and interface, MN LED Signs designed additional ventilation into the framing to support the new Watchfire Dynamic Display cabinets to ensure adequate cooling to maximise the expected life of their system and R.O.I.
